Fashion Stylist trip to Japan

In September 2008 I accompanied my grandmother, Helen Merrill (World famous Jazz singer) for two weeks as her fashion stylist and image consultant. She is a very well known jazz singer and had seven concerts in different cities all across Japan.
This was my fifth trip as her fashion stylist and I must say it's one of the most fashion conscious places in the world. The Japanese have a unique style that ranges from ultra funky Harajuku style to all about the couture labels.
While in Japan I usually soak up the fashion scenery and collect as many magazines as possible to inspire me.
The youth in Japan tend who had once milked the western hip-hop culture are now leaning more toward the Hollywood California celebrity styles.
