Citrus Spandex

I feel like this picture is like the ones in the book you got when you were a kid that asks "Whats wrong here?"
I guess on such a dreary NYC day this "man" thought he would spread a little cheer in the world by wearing citrus spandex.
Oh and I'm not talking about the color "citrus" but there are actual pictures of sliced oranges on his spandex. OMG!

I love it. Only in NYC do we find such creativity when it comes to style. I wonder where he bought those spandex???
