She's bringing CRAZY BACK! 
Who allows this woman on red carpets?  Someone need to put her in a straight jacket with her crazy Cleopatra hair and makeup.  I can't even say I'm happy this time she at least has some clothes on because that red "thing" she has on doesn't qualify as clothing...plaid potato sack maybe.
