Women's Top Ten Fall Fashion Must Haves - Basics
Ladies here are some more fall 2009 fashion trends you must have ready in your closet!

1. Plaid Plaid Plaid! Whether it's a shirt, coat or skirt, plaid is the one pattern you must pop in your wardrobe. This pattern can be grunge OR preppy and can be found everywhere.

2. Fitted Coats scream femininity. They look great with a full skirt and tall boots or some wide legged trousers. They more it hugs your curves the better.

3. The basic is back with the white shirt. This clean, crisp and masculine look paired with a pencil skirt or ponte pant will give you an instant sexy strut. I call pairing something masculine and feminine "sweet and sour look".

4. Tall sexy boots go with everything from skirts to skinny jeans. I know you have a pair somewhere in the back of your closet so get ready to whip them out again.

5. Large leather bag will pack necessary hats or scarves we will need to peel on or off with all this wacky weather we've been having.

6. Neutral color coat's give the illusion of bareness. The focus is drawn to the face and looks great on both blonde's or brunettes.

7. A basic black sheath dress is necessary for an elegant night out. Classic and refined this should be found in the front of your closet and never retired.

8. Pearls large or small can be paired with another chain necklace to create interest and depth to the neckline. I love pairing pearls with a plain white T-shirt to transition into fall.

9. The Basic Black pantsuit isn't only for the office. A plunging neckline and some killer heels and this outfit is super chic for a sexy dinner date.

10. A chunky turtle neck can be worn on all ages. Warmth aside, it can also conceal a droopy jowl or simply highlight your pretty face.

I like the fitted coat, the sort of off white cream colour one. It has a vintage elegance to it.

Yes these fitted coats/jackets never date, timeless piece of elegance. I own two which are probably the most worn items in my wardrobe... should have bought a few at the time.
